Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unwashed items in original condition with all packaging intact.

Our products are handcrafted by independent artisans — slight variations in color, weave, and texture are part of their beauty and authenticity, not a defect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Arrived Damaged? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — we'll send a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.
